Is there a minimum spend?

There is no minimum charge, but just keep in mind we are not simply a "storage" facility, we do expect you to get orders and grow. If time is passing and there is no orders, we would terminate the relationship

How do I sign up and get started?

Very simple! Just message so we can have an initial chat. We sign our partnership agreement (month to month), and we connect your store to our shipping platform, send us your products, and thats it!

Are boxes included? What if I need a custom size?

Yes basic boxes up-to 10" x 10" x 10" are included. Special, custom or large boxes will need to be provided by the customer. How does billing work? When and how do I pay?

We actually ship on credit on your behalf. At the end of the month, two reports are generated from the shipping platform that will show you how many orders were shipped, and what the cost of shipping was. We bill for shipping reimbursement, then charge the number of orders according to pricing tiers.
